Roberto Bautista-Agut to beat Thomas Berdych at 1.49 on Wakabet, ATP Qatar Open
Roberto Bautista-Agut and Thomas Berdych will meet in the final of the Qatar Open and I am backing Bautista-Agut to take the title. The Spaniard has been excellent all week, notably beating Stan Wawrinka and Novak Djokovic to reach the final. While Berdych has also done well, too, he hasn’t faced the kind of tests Bautista-Agut has dealt with and passed.
Bautista-Agut is surely riding a wave of confidence now and that should do him a lot of good against his Czech opponent. 1.49 is a good one!
Kevin Anderson vs Ivo Karlovic (Over 24.5 games at 1.60 on Wakabet), ATP Pune
Anderson takes on Karlovic for the Maharashtra Open title in Pune, India. This will be the battle of the big serves. It will probably boil down to who returns better.
Both players possess arguably the biggest serves in the sport’s history. It should be a long contest as they’d likely do well to hold their serves. Over 24.5 games at 1.60 is a reasonable pick.
Jo-Wilfred Tsonga vs Daniil Medvedev (Over 23.5 games at 1.83 on Wakabet), ATP Brisbane International
Tsonga and Medvedev will square off for a place in the final of the Brisbane International and it is difficult to call out a winner here.
Both men have played really well so far. Tsonga is enjoying a fine return after an injury-hit 2018 and has shown glimpses of his best form. Medvedev, on the other hand, has been dogged. The Russian staved off a brutal challenge from the big-serving Milos Raonic to reach the semis. I fancy both men taking this encounter the distance. Should be a tight contest. 1.83 for over 23.5 games is just good.
